Aw man I should have resized it, sorry.

I am so proud of this right now, haha... It took like 2 seconds and I think it's wonderful! Anyhoo, this is part of the Out of Character series which I haven't worked on for FOREVARR!!! I still have 2 left to do as I meant it to be a 5-part series. Man, my techniques since I did the first in this series have gotten WAAYY better. What took me about an hour to do the first time (gaussian blur on the skin by erasing hard lines) took me about 3 seconds this time (gassian blur, setting history brush, and going back a step)!

Ze model is my best friend, :iconweirdo1030: on Halloween '07.

On facebook ven you posted dis did it have ze border? For it looks a lil bit odd I would say that blurring out the fingers on the outside of the border might fix zat problemo.

*love* the pose, the lighting, and the coloring. The hand might seem a little posed, but otherwise it is very lovely. :-)

heh thanks! I don't think it was posed, actually ,tho i can't completely remember. i think i might have just asked her to put her hand flat rather than relaxed or something.

yes it did have the borders. picture quality on facebook is so much worse than on here. do you mean it looks weird on facebook or here? i dont really care about the image quality on facebook, but blurring the fingers on the outside would be really good. it would help separate the border from everything else. thank you!
